Complete team arrival policy: For participants in whole-team arrangements (all session participants being part of the same group), if a group member is delayed, the group has two options: (i) commence play without the delayed participant, understanding that late arrival precludes subsequent entry; or (ii) wait for the delayed participant to arrive, resulting in a shortened active play period. Users arriving late do not qualify for account credits or monetary refunds.
