This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how cancellations, rescheduling, no‑shows, and refunds are handled for bookings at Infinity Zone VR Arena (“Infinity Zone VR Arena”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our **Terms of Service**.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk and Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:
– Standard VR session bookings;
– Group, party, and private event bookings; and
– Gift vouchers and promotional bookings, except where explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
This Policy does NOT apply to third‑party products or services sold or fulfilled by independent providers, who may have their own policies.

2. No Monetary Refunds (General Rule)

Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, all bookings are non‑refundable to the original method of payment.
Infinity Zone VR Arena does not issue monetary refunds for:
– Changes of mind or preference;
– Reduced group size or non‑attendance of some participants;
– Late arrivals or no‑shows; or
– Failure to meet eligibility or safety requirements.
Where this Policy provides for relief, such relief will generally be in the form of account credit, not cash, unless we choose in our sole discretion to issue a monetary refund.
Account credit means a credit applied to your Infinity Zone VR Arena customer account that may be used toward future bookings. Account credits are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration or other conditions stated at the time of issuance.

3. Standard Cancellation and Rescheduling Window

You may request to cancel or reschedule your booking no later than seventy‑two (72) hours before your scheduled session start time.
If we approve a cancellation request received at least 72 hours prior to the session:
– We will issue an Infinity Zone VR Arena account credit for the amount paid for that booking; and
– The account credit may be used toward a future booking in accordance with this Policy.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for account credits or refunds, except as described in Section 6 (Cancellations by Infinity Zone VR Arena) or where required by law.

4. Late Arrivals and No‑Shows

To ensure adequate time for check‑in, safety briefing, and equipment fitting, participants should arrive at least ten (10) minutes before the scheduled start time.
Sessions operate on a fixed schedule:
– If you or members of your group arrive late, your session may be shortened or you may be unable to join once the experience has begun.
– Late arrivals and no‑shows are not eligible for refunds or account credits.
For group bookings, if fewer participants attend than originally reserved, the booking fee is not reduced and no partial refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Group, Party, and Private Event Bookings

Bookings for exclusive arena use, private events, and parties may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
– Deposits and prepayments for group, party, or private event bookings are non‑refundable.
– If you cancel with at least 72 hours’ notice, we may, at our discretion, issue an account credit for the amount paid.
– If you cancel with less than 72 hours’ notice, no credits or refunds will be issued.
Any minimum guest counts or package pricing will apply even if fewer guests attend.

6. Cancellations by Infinity Zone VR Arena

Infinity Zone VR Arena reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify a booking due to:
– Safety concerns or facility issues;
– Technical or equipment failures;
– Staff availability or scheduling constraints;
– Severe weather or other events beyond our reasonable control; or
– Insufficient bookings for certain sessions or events.
If Infinity Zone VR Arena cancels your booking and is unable to offer a reasonable alternative date and time, we will issue an account credit for the amount paid for the affected booking. In our sole discretion, we may instead provide a monetary refund to your original payment method.

7. Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Unless otherwise indicated:
– Gift vouchers and promotional codes are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
– Expired vouchers and promotions cannot be extended or reissued.
– Vouchers and promotions are subject to any additional terms stated at the time of purchase or issuance.
If a booking made with a gift voucher or promotional code is canceled in accordance with this Policy, any applicable credit will typically be reissued in voucher or credit form, not cash.

8. Third‑Party Platforms and Resellers

If you booked your experience through a third‑party platform, reseller, or partner (such as a deals site, travel agency, or other ticketing provider), their cancellation and refund rules may apply in addition to this Policy.
For such bookings, you may be required to contact the third party directly regarding cancellation and refund requests. Infinity Zone VR Arena is not responsible for the policies or decisions of third‑party providers.

If there is any conflict between this Policy and any information provided at the time of booking, this Policy will control unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
Your continued use of our Services after any update to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
